Ok! Sooooo....buying a new laptob from walmart didint work out....go figure. So now im gonna try my hand at building a decent desktop. Now dont get me wrong, i have absolutely no idea how to build a PC...that where a friend of mine comes in. But first i need to buy parts....and before that i have to find them. So, my budget is 500$ or under...i'll be using this for school, game dev, graphic art (makeing sprites and tiles and what not), and..lets be honest...gameing! I still want to "atleast be able" to run Skyrim on low to medium.
So, can anybody offer any advise or suggestions as i delve into the world of "finding parts to building a computer with"

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
