The waterfall effect was nice, took that from it, thank you! The improved water is also nice but in a map where your camera scrolls, the water moves with the camera like a parallax backround eg. map size bigger than in those samples. Also do you happen to remember the opaque value you set for the water?

Yes, it still has that problem, I'm working on finding out a way to solve it, for now it works best in maps with no scrolling.

Hm, I think it was around 60/70.

I was curious about the fake 3D... then realized it utilizes multiple sprites (which is a file size hogger) and spammed events (performance hogger)... XD

Anyway, making a fake 3D sprite is easy to do, script or not... the problem is only the size adjusts and not other things like tile movement etc, which then makes the 3D effect a bit weird... coz like on small sprite sizes, the distance between the player and a sprite that are right beside one another tile-wise will look larger, and yet you can activate that event... XD

Of course, since the water image is a parallax...

Haha yes, I'm working on another way to do it without all the events though. But still, do not mind about the performance, as the I made the events to only work should the standards be met. So, they don't do anything unless you're a diferent size than theirs.

As for the movement, and interaction with other events, that can't be solved. This system was made to be used in specific and small scenes, not on the entire game. So you can control the size you want NPCs to be in in order to look ok.

Actually, events do hog performance even if not running... This is true for all things that uses an instance of Sprites... The event command they're running doesn't really matter in this case especially since it's just changing a variable value.

Yes that's true. You're right, I was confusing with the previous system I had made which made the effect happen all on the actual map. I then decided to simplify it, by assigning the variable, and it would just do all the work from there x)
But I'll make a new version a lot cleaner that I've thought of ;)

Hey guys, it has been a long time since the last version I released. And since RPG Maker MV is coming out tomorow I decided to release this version I had on my computer as the last version of this project.

Hope you like it, here is a list of the new content you can expect:

- Advanced Character Creation - It gives you a complete character creation scene that you can copy over to your project (just make sure to leave "Switch 16" and "Variable 15" unused in your project) Other than that it's all there for you. You may make your own changes if you wish.

This system provides:

*Change Name;        *Change Skin;         *Change Class.

- New Boss Transition - The classic void background before the battle.

- Extra Menu - It gives you an extra main menu that offers you some extra options.

- World Map - access a pokemon-style world map where you can use teleport to go to locations you wish. (only available when you have the teleport skill)

- Camp - You can camp from the extra menu, and go right back to where you were when you're done resting.

- Cheer Skill - You can set common events to give certain effects to your skills. In this case your hero will cheer up the whole party. Try to do your own thing.

- Busted's WaterFX Underwater - It looks very cool.

- Look around - It enables you to watch your surroundings while your character stands on the same place. You can use this to have the player look for hidden information, trigger certain events or whatever you want.

- Mini Steal System - You can trigger a steal system in your npcs by having the player looking on them with the feature above.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
