Button Press Timing Bar Plugin for MV

Hey, everyone. So I've scoured the internet for a plugin that performs what I'm looking for but I haven't been able to find anything what I need.

I'm looking for an way to display a bar on the screen with a cursor that moves back and forth on the bar when interacting with a event on the map. The player has to hit the confirm button when the cursor is over a certain part of the bar which then turns on a switch and I can event the rest from there.
Something along the lines of this. So the plugin will need:

-Have commends to change the speed at which the cursor moves.
-The confirm spots for the cursor must be randomized.
-When the cursor hits the corrects spots an switch can be activated.

I can't offer much in return at the moment, but I would deeply appreciate if this request could be done. Thank you in advance!

I've never tried this, but if you're looking for an in battle plugin, SRD's Timed Attack Core seems to be along the lines of what you're requesting.

Anybody found a solution to this yet? I want to implement things like foraging, mining, fishing, etc. on a daily basis in my game. ^_^
