I dream of one day try food from all over the world!
I never imagined quinoa in a lasagna, but I guess it can work divinely. I would just make the pasta or noddles or how you call the layer that sustains the sauce, would make it with the quinoa and add some flour mix.(and boil it outside) so it would have the consistence necessary to maintain the other layers(cheese, tomato sauce...whatever...)But this is all theories because further testing is needed to discover a way to make the kinoa hold and with what.
