Looks yummy Nio - I don't think my jaw could handle the double bagel though (have TMJ).
I am a spice wimp...can't take the heat! Once made the mistake of using spicy Italian sausage in some soup I made...never again!

It's only the second time I've made them, so I am no pro especially at getting the right shape/proportion but even so they were yummy.
