I am working on the introduction for my game on RMMV, and I've encountered an issue that I have been trying to solve for a while.
I have been using SRD's camera plugins to move the camera's focus to different events, places, etc.
This is the problem I have:
Whenever I transfer my player to a room from another room, and have an autorun event that focuses the camera somewhere else it doesn't work. The camera is ALWAYS focused at the player when entering the room. No matter how many wait events I add or waitforcamera plugin commands, the camera is always focused at the player. Not even when I have my screen tinted completely black and I set it to fade in once camera is focused where I want it to be, it doesn't work! However, when I set my starting point in that specific room it does work, it simply doesn't work when I come from another room. This is very difficult when making cutscenes and cinematics, I don't want my camera to always be focused to the player when I enter it.
Any ideas?
