Can I change the Game Over text?

I only see title screen options.

The game over screen is single image named GameOver.png, located in the img/system. The text is part of the image, so you can just make your own image to do whatever you want with it.

To make it more clear, the directory "img/system" is RMMV structure. Since this is asked in RMVXA, the correct directory is "Graphics/System"
