Can I make a rpg zelda like game with rmmv ?

Hi everybody I wish your are doing well.
Well I'm new here and I want to make a rpg zelda like game exactly like "the legend of zelda minish cap" and i want to ask if there's any good tutorials, blogs, ........ that can help me t make it with rmmw and thank you.
