Can I redo the trial again?

A few months ago, I tried the trial for RPG Maker MV.


But a few weeks ago, I got a new laptop. I wanted to try it again to see how well it will work on there. It there any possible way to try the trial again?

How would I do that? Just extract the zip contents onto my new computer?

Yeah, if you have a completely new computer, you should just be able to install normally and you'll get the 20 day trial (or however long it is, depending on which engine you download).


What we don't allow is people who have finished the trial trying to find ways to reactivate the trial or to get around the requirement to buy it.  Getting a new computer isn't really the same situation, and chances are people are not going to buy a new computer for several hundred or thousand dollars in order to avoid paying $80 for a piece of software.

This has happened to me many, many times as I tend to build my own computers and sell/donate them off when I finish a new one.


What I've done is just re-download the trial from the website. Of course, I've bought the programs, so I just have to sift through old emails to find the confirmation/activation codes.. but it's nice to re-download the trial to at least tinker with until I do find the activation codes.
