So I want to scale down the starting and maximum amount of HP, MP, damage dealt from weapons and Skills for player characters and enemies to about 10% of their current value. Is their a way to do this all at once or quickly or do I need to go to each actor, enemy, weapon, and skill and lower their values manually one at a time?

For instance the starting warrior HP is like 466 at level 1 and 6700 at level 99. I want these numbers to look like 46 HP at level 1 and 670 HP at level 99. I also want all other characters, enemies, weapons and skills to scale down just as much and I know how to do this one at a time. I am wondering if there is a way to do this in mass so that I don't have to spend hours doing this to each of these things one at a time.

Micro rant. The worst part of working from home when you live with your family is seeing how inconsiderate they are. "Hey, you're sitting in front of your computer, that means you're not doing anything! I want to put the TV at 200 decibels!"

It's definitely discouraging when streamers give a try-to-say-it-nicely (i.e. bad) review of your game demo. It's like jumping into a cold pool. Bad initally, but it gets better with time. And you are now more alert and see better.
