I had an idea - to make a fantasy comics using RPGmaker graphic. Non-commercial, but with donations.
But. I don't sure if I could do this.
Technically, if I use RPG maker to create shots, can I use in this shots all graphic I can use in RPG Maker? Or I can't?

Guess the RTP graphics use is strict only to Rpg Maker Engine. :/

The graphics can be used in a limited way outside the actual game - for example, screen shots in a Strategy Guide, a banner for your game, that sort of thing. But those ways are strictly for promoting a game made in RPG Maker. What you are proposing is a whole comic, so no, that is outside the scope permitted.

Oh, it's a pity. But thank you for clearing it.

Unless you make your comic inside of RPG Maker, the answer is no.

people have made some interesting movie shorts with RPG Maker MV. you can make a comic _in_ the engine and probably do some pretty interesting stuff with it, though of course that would be much more involved than cutting/pasting graphics with text bubbles
