Can I use the main characters concept in +18 game?

I know it still sounds strong, but I would like to create a +18 video game in which the protagonist is Aldo. The thing is, can I use the character's images and artistic design I bought to make an eroge story?
I don't know if those characters(Aldo, Nina, Ron, Hayatemaru, Dilara, Franz, etc) once you buy them you can do whatever you want once you buy the engine or it is forbidden only with +18 content.
