Can "simultaneous testing" be useful

Played around with this idea and got something that sort of works.
This is mostly cause I don't want to test MV and MZ separately, so I just combined them together.

Web developers I think do this kind of thing when they're testing across dozens of different browsers and browser versions, so I figured we could adopt the same concept. Except instead of different browsers, it's different versions of RPG Maker.

Outside of plugins though, I'm not sure if there would be any use.

I guess for demonstration purposes it could work? Or make a game where you must play two games at the same time. XD

I'm disappointed that I wasn't blasted by Theme6 x2. That said, neat idea. I could see this being useful for certain plugins.

Lol this would be my new video format to demonstrate MV and MZ plugin compatibility

Two games could technically communicate with one another, the way I have the parent frame communicate to both games hmm.

Parent frame can keep global data such as some boolean and whatnot, yeah. That way that information becomes centralized and each instance can keep to itself.

Do they work on separate threads? Would you need to use blocking or deal with some sort of async shenanigans?

Nothing complicated I just tossed them in iframes. Probably would need to build async handling separately.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
