Can Someone Help with my text Issues

Hello I am a complete and total newbie I downloaded rpg maker VX ace lite, in order to play games which required it. But a large number of the games I am trying to play have this glitch, where parts of letters and words just don't show up given, how those I asked informed me that they haven't been having the same problem.

So the problem appears to be with my version of rpg maker I should say, that I haven't used it since downloading it I felt I should ask those more knowable on this subject then my self.

You don't need to download any version of the engine to play a game made with RM. What you might have to do is to download the RTP which you can get here. That is because some games do not include the RTP so as to make the download file smaller.

On the messed up issue, my guess would be that the game was made with the full VX Ace engine, not the VX Ace Lite version. Lite does not have all the assets, and will not display anything that was made using a script.
