Can someone point me to any bust/portrait parts?

Sorry if this isn't the place for this. I trust the mods to move this thread to where it belongs though. I want to get done with my character portraits before I get into game development next year (I had drawn two sets of character portraits and they just got deleted accidentally. kill me. Anyways, I think this sorta art style is easier to recreate). So I will work on them in my spare time.
Can someone please give me (working)links to bust parts? (Most of the ones I found are dead) I'm not talking about face parts. This is what I expect my end results to be-

(It's just an example. I have no idea who made this but I gotta say they did a good job)
Like a template of the body, hair, clothes etc? So that I can maybe take reference and mix and match to make something that fits my characters...

there are many full body templates so far as I know.
and a template how to create a bust out of it (which is mostly depending on the size, 3/4 from the middle
to create the bust image.

if you have a full body template, and cut it to 2, than - 25% of that size.
so for example, the full body size = 1000 pixel height,
cut it in to, so middle to head is 500 pixels, cut 25% or 1/4 out from the bottom,
so 375 pixel stays left, that part is called the bust of the full image by then.

so you dont need to draw it from top to bottom this way =)

I wasn't talking about the measurements actually. I was hoping someone would link me to some parts like hair clothes etc. To take referrnce from.

Anyways, I started working on my busts. Still hope someone would give me some suggestions though.

There's hardly any bust parts available and those that are, are all in VXAce style (like the example bust you posted).
I suggest you search "vxace busts/portraits" and you'll find plenty of references I'm sure.
Your example bust is by Dark Horseman btw.
