Can the BELIEVER! collections be used in RPG Maker not just VNM?

Hello!

I was curious if the Believer! set of graphics in the shop can also be used in other Makers besides Visual Novel Maker? Would it be allowed in use for RPG Maker games as well? It lists "Maker use only" but since it is optimized for VNM I was just wondering if it could also be used in RMN engines as well! I just want to know before buying it and finding I would have no way to use it, so if anyone else has bought it and have read the EULA, could it be used in RMN? Thanks in advance! ^^

the following answer is purely based on the tags given on the DLC, I have not read the EULA itself.
but degica places those tags as short descriptions of the rules of the EULA.

maker only means that it can be used in all makers but only in them as defined by Degica. That includes the RPG-Makers that are sold by Degica, but not those sold by other companies (usually, sometimes Kadokawa itself gives a licence over the entire series)

Editing prohibited however means that you are not allowed to edit the pictures, and that can make their use in programs they were not formatted for problematic.
I cannot tell if the resources are usable in other makers without editing.

most of the other prohibitions are based on the theme of your game project. you are not allowed to use the resources if the game you make could be considered to use one of the prohibited themes.

EDIT:
I just realised that there is a problem with the tags for commercial use. They do not fit together.
Commercial use "maker only" and commercial use "prohibited" are contraer to each other, and probably mean that there are additional restrictions on commercial use that no one can know without reading the EULA.

Being unable to read the EULA without purchase sounds illegal to me.
no, it is not illegal - but it does give you the option to request money back if you only find out the EULA is not acceptable to you after purchase.
however another condition is that you have to refuse the EULA on first installation, if you accept it even once during installation then you can't give back the DLC for that reason.

That sounds silly to me. While it would make sense in this context, I own tons of games and software that don't have any publicly available version of their EULA.

It's a bit more common now with the prevalence of Web- or subscription-based software, so the EULA is often there on the same site you have a required account. But traditionally it would be impossible, as not every program or game had a Web site where they might link a copy of the EULA. What would you do, write to a company and request a copy before purchasing the program?

And I sincerely doubt that the advent of the Internet caused a specific law requiring this to be written. (a brief Google turns up no evidence of such a thing)

So it seems to be a mystery, huh? I assume it could be used for all Makers like most assets, but I am worried it may not be the case with this one. $9.99 is a lot to take a risk on lol

@Touchfuzzy or @Tea could you check? Also about this Andar found:

i've already seen eula's from character packs,
that allowed commercial use only within makers but allowed non commercial outside of it ... i think that's whats meant here

I looked at our Master List, the EULA is RM only, allows commercial. (as in, you can use it in RM and you can make a commercial RM game with it, but you can't use it in any other engine.)

Thank you! It seemed to be the case since the assets are listed "Maker only".

Update: Coworker sabotaged the truck's mirrors by applying a threadlocking compound to the bolts used to adjust the mirrors. Now NO ONE can adjust them. So I filed a legit report of sabotage of equipment to leadership and declared that I cannot safely operate the vehicle if I can't see what needs to be seen. So the truck has to go to the shop for repair, and we need a substitute vehicle. Nice work, dude :p
