The short answer is no. The face graphics are always 144x144(MV) or else they won't fit.

But of course you can get around that. You can use a bust plugin to show these kinds of images during dialogue. You could also event such a thing, but I wouldn't recommend it.

If you want busts in the menu, there's plugin options too, but those are a few only.
