Can you control "Dr. Yami's Dash Stamina" through variables without losing the dash stamina feature?

Is there a way to control the stamina in Dr. Yami's Dash Stamina script using variables? How can I do it? Or can someone edit it for me (or help me edit it)? Thanks :)
