"Cannot read property 'expParams' of undefined"

Whenever a battle is initiated the error message "Cannot read property 'expParams' of undefined" shows up. Can anyone help me with this?

does this only happen if you load a saved game, or does this also happen after you started a new game?

then you have a compatibility problem between some of your plugins.


Please check if you installed yanfly's plugins in the correct order (if you placed them in the wrong order, that might cause this error) and give us a screenshot of your plugin manager.

@s0ul As I suspected, the order is completely wrong for the yanfly plugins.


Please install them in the correct order as given by yanfly's page and then make a new game to test if the problem is still there.

That's weird, it worked before.


I removed all the plugins and tried it again, still the same thing.


After removing all the plugins I put them all back in the correct order. Still the same thing.

I had a similar problem, except it was "length" instead of "expParams". I removed all of the plugins, re-added them, and started a new save data for my game. My old one would show the "length" error every time, but when my new save didn't encounter this problem. I don't know if my info helps at all, but I wish you the best and hope you can overcome this obviously annoying issue!
