Can’t add more plugins?

So I just started a new project and went to load my plugins.

I’m sure in the past a new slot opened up once all plugins were in on the plugin manager but now it’s full and can’t find a way to add more.

I’m sure I’m missing something basic but thought I’d ask as I’ve been searching for two days now.

I am using MV

double click on the next blank line (or basically anywhere where it's empty) and a popup will open up.
Might be a bit tricky if you've a long list and it's close to the window edge, not sure about that though, I never had problems with it.

Use the arrow keys to go down when you're at the bottom.
Or the mouse wheel.
