I'm not clear about your question.  What changes do you want to make to the database and why do you want to make the screen (of the database itself?) smaller?  Changes are made to the database without changing its size, so do you mean because your sprite graphic is much bigger than normal that you want to change the size there in some way?

I believe he cannot access the "apply" button because of his computer's resolution being too small.

You didn't describe your problem, but I assume (like the poster #3) that your screen resolution is too small.

Please post your desktop resolution so that we can check that possibility.

If that is the case, there aren't many things you could do, as the minimum resolution for the program is stated in the requirements and that resolution IS neccessary. There are a few options available, but it all depends on how big your screen really is and on your windows version (you might change your DPI setting to make everything smaller in newer windows versions).

Alt-A is the hotkey for Apply.

As long as you can SEE all the fields in order to edit them, you'll be able to use that to save your changes.

However, if that screenshot shows EVERYTHING you can see, here are the things you won't be able to change on your current desktop resolution:

Skills tab: Required Weapons

States: Message when removed

Animations: You'll only be able to see a tiny bit of the animation frames from your chosen images

Tilesets: You won't be able to add an E tilesheet to any tileset

System/Terms: There are a few items lower than what your screen shows on both of those tabs

Well, rats. Was really looking forward to trying out FPS Creator, but trying to install and set it up was pretty much impossible for my tiny brain to comprehend. So much for that, then.
Ah, home once more! I think I can safely work on my games now.
