Can't change BGM in a map

I create 2 events in a map.

Event1: Play BGM A. Trigger: Parallel

Event2: Play BGM B. Show text "Play another music". Trigger: Action button.

In VXAce. When I'm in the map, it'll autoplay BGM A. And while i'm touching Event2, it'll play BGM B and show text.

But in MV,  it doesn't play BGM B. Can anyone help me fix it? Thanks for any help.  :D

Another question is Can I change the Autoplay BGM of map properties when playing?

Show us your events.  There is a lot of detail in a screenshot of the full event window that you haven't included in your description.

I am guessing that event B is not triggering at all - maybe because you have conditions on the page that aren't being met, or possibly because you have an extra tab/page on the event that has a higher number and is blank.  If several event pages have conditions which are met (including no conditions at all), the one with the highest number is the one that will be made active.

Also make sure your first event erases itself after the Play BGM command, otherwise the second event WILL start playing the new BGM, but your first event, which is still running, will go back to the original one again straight away.

If neither of those are the cause of the problem, we'll need screenshots.

No, you cannot change map properties permanently when playing.  If you want one BGM to play for part of the game, and when something particular happens, you always want a different BGM to play, don't set it on the map properties at all.  Have a parallel process event that checks the condition and plays whichever BGM is necessary, and then erases itself.

Each my EV has one page and hasn't any condition.

Sorry because I didn't talk about it clearly. I don't erase the first event because I want after play BGM B for a time, it'll play BGM A again.

Your BGM A is set to parallel process. So it will play again IMMEDIATELY, not "after a time"

But it works perfectly in VXAce  :(

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
