Can't Download

I'm trying to download the restaff resources and even though I've gotten several files completely downloaded, its now telling me that I can't download the next file because I'm currently downloading one.  Which I'm not.  I gave it over 24 hours then came back and tried again, but its still telling me I have to finish my current download before starting a new one.  Any suggestions?

Disable any download accelerators you're using.

This wasn't working for me either but I solved it.

Just log off and try downloading it, it worked for me. Once you're done, you can log back in.
