Can't load img/character

Whenever I try to save or load my play test I get "can't load img/character/file name20%.png. I've turned off all my plugins and it still gives me the error can someone please help?

'Tech Support' is for when you can't get the engine to run at all.

[move]RPGMaker MV[/move]

That 20% in the file name indicates that you have a space there. Remove it and try again.
