Can't log in?

I recently had to reformat my computer and get another, but when I tried to log in my password wouldn't work. I also used the forget password but that didn't result in anything, not even in the junk mail folder. Please tell me I don't have to repurchase RPG Maker VX Ace...

You're on an account now that you made last month... did you buy RPG Maker with a different account..? Otherwise you should have it on this one.

I can sign into the forums, obviously, but when I try to get onto the website it won't sign in. Same account.

Website and forum are different systems, requiring different login/registration.


If you purchased RM in the forum store, it should be in the content area of your profile.


If you purchased RM by the main site store, the serial had been emailed to you.


In both cases, you can send a support ticket with the email used to purchase the program to have the people from Degica check everything and (in the case of the main store) resend the email with the activation code.


However, if you don't get a passwort mail when trying reset passwort on the main site, then most probably you only registered and purchased by the forum store. In that case, your serial will be in the client area (one of the links of the menu under your name when logged-in), then purchases.

The field for serial number in the support ticket is for other help in case you have that number.
If you need help to get that number, then you can't place it there (obviously).


Just fill out the ticket form with your purchase info, and wait until you're contected (should be within a few days)

Just send a support ticket with the email address you used when purchasing. They'll be able to look it up.


Logging in to the main store is only a recent addition - most people probably don't even have an account there.

Sorry, I meant the main store.
then you should have gotten an email with the activation code - those emails should always be stored and kept, perhaps even printed out to be on the safe side.
If you do not have that email any longer, then you need to include the email adress with which you purchased the program in your support ticket, and they can resend you the email.

You can also just PM me and I can look up your activation code based on your email address and the name it was ordered under. I'm one of the few people who has access to the actual order data out of the forum staff.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
