Hello, I have an issue.

Everytime I try to place an order from the rpgmakerweb.com store, it says something like "the payment could not be processed, please view details you entered."

I had billing address a PO Box and the shipping address being my home, it didn't work, I then changed the shipping address to be the same as the billing address, and it didn't work. The information I put in was correct, so I don't get why it won't let me order.

Please help!?

Also, sorry, I realized after I already posted this, that this section is for non rpgmaker related product questions.

@ItaliaVeneziano1 Some credit card companies have an extra level of security that has been causing the automated checks to fail and the transaction had to be cleared manually by calling the credit card company on the phone - it has to do with the fact that Degica is processing payment as a japanese company.

In all cases, it worked correctly if paying with a credit card through paypal, so if you have a paypal account you can try that.

If those tips don't help, you'll have to send a ticket to sale support - the forum moderators have no access on the internal systems of Degica.

Thanks Andar!

I'll most likely go the route you mentioned and call the credit card company since I don't have paypal, but I do have one more question.

If the issue is caused because the card has extra level security, would I have had this same issue if I used a Visa prepaid giftcard instead of a credit card?

Anyways, thanks again for the help!

I don't know - the extra level security is basically that some card companies assume that a payment to an unknown international company might be a fraud and require you to personally clear the payment in advance, and that depends on the company issuing the card.

I tried using Pay Pal to purchase it, but it still wouldn't go through. It said my credit card company declined the payment, but after calling them, they can't seem to figure out why it won't go through, so now I don't know what to do.

then you'll have to send a sales support ticket and wait for it to be solved - we don't have access to the shop data here in the forum and can only guess and suggest solutions that have worked in the past.

Your billing address needs to be whatever address is associated with the credit card. Are you sure that's the PO address and not your home address?

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
