Can't scroll down on database window [Solved!]

I downloaded the trial version of RPG Maker VX Ace because I wanted to play around with more features than what Lite has to offer. Anyway, I remember Ace Lite working PERFECTLY on my desktop. I installed the Trial Version on my laptop, since my desktop is down (I also installed Lite so I have something to play with when Trial runs out). I started by opening the Database 'cause I want to edit who the Protagonist and Party Members are and all that, but.....there is no scroll! The bottom is cut out since I cannot resize the window, so I cannot confirm any changes. It works the same in Lite. On my desktop (1024 x 768 resolution) it worked fine, but on my laptop (1366 x 768 resolution) the window is too large without a scroll.

It would be fine if the window was able to resize, but it cannot. Is there anyway to fix this? My laptop is a 64-bit Windows 7.

My laptop is also 1366x768, Win7 64 bit, and it's working fine on my laptop... try looking at your resolution settings -> make items and text smaller or larger and make sure the sizes something are only at 100%
