Hi, I'm simply trying get this sound effect to stop after it's done playing once.  Here's what I'm asking it looks like:

@Play SE: 'Move' 80, 100

@Wait: 120 frame(s)

@stop SE

Control Switches: [0001:Hay} = ON

etc...

The sound effect that I initiate continues looping despite the command I give it to stop after 120 frames of wait.  Any help?

Because your event is set to autorun, it loops continuously. You need to turn on a switch at the end and have a new event page conditioned by that switch.

What you will also notice, but failed to mention, is that your character also keeps walking.

Micro rant. The worst part of working from home when you live with your family is seeing how inconsiderate they are. "Hey, you're sitting in front of your computer, that means you're not doing anything! I want to put the TV at 200 decibels!"

If I was working in the office would you still talking me like that?
It's definitely discouraging when streamers give a try-to-say-it-nicely (i.e. bad) review of your game demo. It's like jumping into a cold pool. Bad initally, but it gets better with time. And you are now more alert and see better.
