So basically, when I go into battle

I can't use items they're all grayed out, here's a screenshot.

I entirely don't understand as to why this is happening.

Perhaps someone could help me?

Did you set the items in the Database to be "Consumables", set their intended scope and then set their occasion to "always"?

Otherwise, you might have some issues using your items in battle.  Especially if they're not set to be consumables, they're not set to be used on an ally, or they're not set to be able to work always.

I've already checked those and even made them accessibility to always.

I must have touched something in the scripts :/ what do you think?

Zen Wistaria, please avoid double posting, as it is against the forum rules. You can review our forum rules here. Thank you.

Please provide screenshots of one of the items that doesn't work, then we can check if you made a mistake in its settings.

If the item is correct, then yes the only cause would be a script - and then you'll have to check which script might be responsible.

You can follow the link "how to use a script" in my signature for tips on how to bughunt script errors.

I'd say at that point it's either a script you're running...  Or your items don't actually have effects tied to them so that they won't actually work in battle.

Some screenshots of the items in the database would actually help out here.

Or, you could check to see if one of the scripts your running requires you to set item availability to "everyone".  I think there were some scripts out there where you could set certain items be used only by certain actors.  I don't know what you've got for scripts running though, so I couldn't say for any certainty what any issue might be with that.

You could try starting up a fresh version of the game without any scripts and see if it's really a problem with the scripts or something you're doing with the maker.  You could then slowly load each new script to track down which one is causing the problems.
