You are doing great with the game! It's so fun :)

The visual things, I should have probably included images from the start:

the path.png
This is what I mean by the path. I think it'd look better if there was a little more space between the path and that orange frame of the tree bed. It's a minor thing, though.

The cellar glitch:
cellar.png
It happens so fast that this is the best screenshot I was able to take, but when leaving the cellar, the top of the player character's head pops up above the door.

Oh, I see! I'll fix that too, then. Thank you so much for your effort.

I believe I've just finished all that was there to finish (except for furnishing my own house, which I might do, too) and now I'm a little sad I'm done! I didn't run into any more problems and I can't wait for future updates, because this is exactly the kind of game I need in my life.

So, you had the ending scene, right? I'm so glad you didn't got any more game breaking bugs... And I'm so happy when you say that, it means a lot to me, really :kaojoy:
Did you upgraded the house?

Oooh, I didn't... I thought maybe there wasn't one yet. I must have missed something, then!

Let's see...

I made all the beds for the Inn.
I unlocked the Library and filled it with bookshelves (although it says it might be upgraded one day.)
I unlocked the tailor and made a spinning wheel.
I unlocked the café and filled it with furniture.
I unlocked the florist and got her the flower stands.
I fixed the church and filled it with stools.
I unlocked the pub and got all the barrel stands.
I unlocked the bakery and filled it with display cases.
I fixed the pier and met the merchant ship captain.
I fixed the square.
I haven't found a way down the town well or unlocked the last building but I thought those weren't done yet.

You should be able to order some stuff at the merchant (sailing one), and after that there should be a cutscene in your workshop and you should be able to upgrade your house. Can you check this out for me, please? Maybe there is some bug or sth that prevented that...

Ooh, I didn't realize ordering the stuff was vital! I'm almost there now... The game now says I need to remove all the furniture from the house first but I can't figure out how to do that?

Page down or up inside the house should enable "furnish mode".

It took me a little bit to figure that out because my keyboard doesn't have a separate Page Up/Down keys, but it worked through Fn + the arrow keys! I got the upgrading montage and upgraded the house and it has a really cool layout now, I love it.
I adore the upgraded house! That was so very satisfying and I'll go back in the game and furnish it nicely.
Sidenote: I moved the bed in the process and that led to my character's head floating around when sleeping, ooops.

Hi @fizzly!
I tried to download your game from your itch.io page but I couldn't see a link anywhere, so I downloaded the game from rpgmaker.net.
The game looks and sounds great, love the presentation. I got stuck at the beginning, I wanted to make some planks from the lumber but for some reason, it's not working. It removes lumber from my inventory but it doesn't give me any planks, beams or stakes.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

*EDIT* I figured out what caused the bug. I had turned on 'Hide Labels' in the options menu. When I turned it off, it started working. :)
Okay, I'm going to continue playing. I'll let you know when I've finished. :)

i played about 2 hours of this game and it's really good! the map's really pretty and the furniture building mechanic is fun and addictive. i just unlocked the cafe and i'm trying to figure out where to find marble (to fix the church) and glass (to upgrade the house so i can use my fridge) and i'm excited to see what the rest of the game has to offer!

i couldn't find any bugs in my playthrough aside from the sea merchant at the beach crashing my game when i tried to buy stuff from him, but i restarted the game and it worked just fine afterward.

Dear @dreamfall887, thank you for trying my game! Actually I have no idea why I've deleted the game from itch.io, probably due to fixing another found bugs, but I'll upload it today! Please make sure it'll be version 1.5.4-fix or higher, because there is so much new and so much fixed due to older ones (not sure what version is there, so...).

Dear @spillycup, also thank you so much for trying the game! I'll look for the merchant event for those problems. Thank you.

Very appreciate all of your feedback!

Okay, I've been playing for a long time and I think I've played enough to give you my thoughts.
The graphics, mapping, and overall presentation are really good. The game looks really pretty. I love the idea of restoring the town and the game has a really cozy atmosphere which makes it very relaxing to play. I really liked how you did the item creation and I enjoyed exploring and trying to find keys to open new shops and new blueprints.
My only nitpick is that I feel the energy bar drains too quickly at the beginning, I would chop down a couple of trees and my character would complain he's too tired.

I had a lot of fun with this game, I'm definitely going to keep playing. :)

Dear @dreamfall887, thank you so much for your detailed opinion. I'm so happy that you enjoyed it! I'll try to reduce stamina draining (or i'll balance tree cutting energy drain), then. Or maybe "let's eat" option would be nice? Something like you can eat dinner at the inn or use hot spring, to regenerate. I'll think over it.

@fizzly You're welcome! :) I really like your idea of restoring energy by eating at the inn or going to a hot spring too.

You can use tweening for attack animations to work with patterns. I knew scale, blending, etc. worked...but I somehow mislooked patterns which saves a lot of time.
