What exactly do you mean by cartoony? There's so many different styles under that description that it's insane. Do you mean something more inline with a Zelda or Pokemon-type game? Or perhaps something more like the early RPG Makers? Or maybe something that looks more comic-booky? You've gotta be a bit more narrow with what you're looking for.

No tiles similar to that style come to mind. You actually already seem to have a request looking for tiles like this and we ask that you don't make duplicate threads asking for the same things, so I'm going to close this thread.
