Her site only lists the price for "Celianna's Tileset" in Euros, and there's nowhere else to purchase it except on that site. Does that mean you can't buy it with any other currency?

Using Paypal to purchase is an option, which, Paypal will show you the amount in dollars. Also, if you don't need the commercial license, you can download it for free under Materials on her site.
