@Oscar92player I managed to scrounge up the email that had the alternate graphics set and I've restored the link via dropbox. Only thing is I can't really find my swipe input compatible version of this
I'll look around some more, but if @JamesRyan could somehow find his it'd be a huge help! Otherwise, I'll just rewrite it. I'm sure if I could fix it once I can fix it again ^^
Thanks for letting me know! I'll know to not rely on tinyupload in the future.
@Fernyfer775 Looks nice! The colorful buttons remind me of one of those old retro gamepads. The fail message is a nice touch xD
This is a great creation, I tried it, but I found that it can not be executed at the same time with picture, how do I perform it while displaying a picture or movie?
P.S. English is not very good. If you find that my grammar is wrong, please bear with me.
@JamesRyan Thank you very much! You saved me a lot of work xD I've updated the link in the main post.
@yoshiyuki Are you trying to use this for like quicktime events or something? You can change the background of the minigame, but you can't show this during a movie unless you pause the movie. This can be used for that, but you'd need some workarounds. Could you explain what you want to use this for so I can suggest some?
Thanks for your reply, I am currently making a mini-game
Since I also found a plugin, it can add the specified movie to a picture event
I hope to combine with Chain Commands, so that a simple dancing game can be completed
The problem after the current test is
Prior to the implementation of Chain Commands, the film normal dial
However, after the execution, the video will temporarily stagnate and then execute Chain Commands
Although after the end, the video will continue with the previous progress, but this intermittently affects the gaming experience.
So I want to find a solution to this problem
@yoshiyuki The video was very helpful, thank you! So I see what you're trying to do is make a quicktime event in the middle of the video. That's not really something supported by this plugin. Sorry I can't help more!
Could you give me a screenshot of your event page so I can see how it's set up? I might have a couple solutions to offer then, but I can't guarantee that I'd be able to solve your problem.

Thank you for agreeing to help,
Part of MV system I cannot modify to English
I will try to explain
1. Plugin command : MP_SET_MOVIE Paranoia on \\Settings the movie "Paranoia" into the picture
2. Display pictures
3. Waiting: 180 frames
4. Set the variable: \V = 20
Set the variable : \V = Random 1..4
If \V = 1 ;Plugin command : ChainCommand random:1
If \V = 2 ;Plugin command : ChainCommand random:2
If \V = 3 ;Plugin command : ChainCommand random:3
If \V = 4 ;Plugin command : ChainCommand random:4
If the ChainCommand switch is ON
If \V = \V
Break the loop
Set the variable : \V += 1
Waiting: 180 frames
Break the loop
I also tried to execute at the same time with another event
However, it did not succeed
If you still need to provide information, please tell me, thank you very much for your help.
@yoshiyuki I've added a feature that lets you change the background image used.
ChainCommand.bgImage = "bg"
ChainCommand.bgImage = "background2"
to change the image displayed in the background. One possible way to use this to work around your video disappearing problem is to have a screenshot of the image from the video, and use that as the background image for Chain Commands. But really, since the scene is being changed there's not much I can do besides this, to keep the video on the screen.
That said, update 1.1
- Added ability to change the background with a script command call
- Fixed a bug with the command save/remember stuff not being remembered across game saves
(and don't worry, @JamesRyan , I updated the Swipe Input version this time too ^^)
Try putting the plugin into a new project and see if you still have the same issues. If yes, it's a problem with the plugin, if no, it might be a problem with your project. But try copy/pasting this as a plugin command and see if it works:
That's really, really strange. Do you think you could upload your project (do not deploy it, just put your entire project folder in a zip file and upload it) to Google Drive or Dropbox and send me the link? I can try to figure out what's wrong.
This is a new project
No extra increase or deletion
I only add ChainCommand and need to use pictures
Although there are a few changes to the parameters to resize the picture
However, this should not affect the implementation of the plug-in
Unfortunately, it still failed.
It's my mistake
The correct file has been downloaded and confirmed to be executed normally
Thank you very much for your patience
I am very much looking forward to your follow-up creation and update
Update... no scam calls all day. I think they learned their lesson. And I'm working on a fake anti-piracy video, featuring a fan game I'm making in MV. If I had the permission to make the game a licensed game that I could sell (rather than having it totally free like fan games are required to be), I'd use a really cool anti-piracy screen...
