RMMV Change title picture after turning on a switch

Hi everyone! I am wondering if it is possible to change title picture (or background?) )(permanently, even if you start a new game) after a certain switch is turned on.
That is being said, if I activate a certain switch inside the game, next time and forever, whenever I start the game.exe, the title picture (background) will be forever different.

I did some research on this and didn't saw any relevant discussions. I apologize if this question has been asked before...

there are 2 ways that might be possible however, there might be 1 tiny issue:

YEP_DynamicTitleImages (paid) might be able, but this might return on new game.
MrTs_ProgressTitleScreen has a higher chance, not fully while it take the
title scene of the highest savefile progression.

otherwise, there is another way, which require Olivia_MetaControl if you make
global switches to perm the title background image, regardless the savefile.

but 100% otherwise, not sure.

Hi ShadowDragon! I really appreciate your help. I had a quick question concerning this plugin... I did some initial research and didn't find the answer. I hope you are the right person to ask.
Will this plugin work for browser game? (i.e. if I upload it to itch.io or similar, will this plugin work?)

@yiling that, I dont know, while the game making of RPG is already browser
based, it might be, but I aim for pc only, and some used it for the pc/mac.

I cannot tell if it will work for browser, while browser have on 1 side a cons!
while pc works, but while or IF the browser work (you can test it with a
mini project, and an NPC to change titlescenes (choice option) to see if it works,
but if it works, and the player remove the cookies, the save is also gone, and
titlescene is back to default.

but I cannot tell 100% while if it works or not, best is to test it to see it.
mini project can be 8MB, so make it private so you can test it if it does,
than the your main project too.

but if it doesn't work, I cannot help you fix it though.
