Change Yanfly's Script To Show The Full Face

So I'am using Yanflys battle engine, it shows
the face sprite for a character in battle but it cuts off the sides and the top,
that's okay if your using face sprites with no borders.

But I'am using sprites with borders. I want
someone to modify the script to show the full face sprite
and not cut it off at all...
