Hello, friends!

I'm trying to make a battle event  that changes weather effect in battle.

For example, I want to change the weather effect to Rain only in battle at certain turns, then reverts to normal after the battle ends.

I've tried using the "Change Weather Effect" command but it won't work in battle, the weather changes after the battle instead.

I have also tried using Hime's Global Common Event script and call the Change Weather Effect from there but once again, it only changes on map.

And as you know, the map weather effect will stay if a battle starts (that means weather effects should be compatible with the battle scene)

Is there any way to do this? It'd be a great feature to have. Thanks!

EDIT: Oh yes! I almost forgot! I wanted to be able to remove the weather effect (set weaather to normal) at certain turns as well

Where have you set the weather effect? You can't set it in a common event, but it should work if you set it in the troops tab in the database.

I used the "Set Weather Effect" comand in the troops tab too. (that's the first thing I do actually) but it doesnt work.

Although it does changes the weather after the battle ends...

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
