I know how to add skill types (magic, specials, etc), but is there a way to add basic commands? For example, I wanted to make my menu like this:

Attack
Guard
Focus*
Item

*Where using the command 'focus' would not lead to another menu to select a skill, but instead immediately use a particular skill, much like using 'attack' or 'guard' would.
Is there any way to do this? And if not, which plugin would allow me to add battle commands in this way? I already have Yanfly's Battle Core, but could not find a configuration option to do this.

I know that Yanfly made a script set for this in VX Ace.

Perhaps digging around in Yanfly's plugins may find you what you seek?

Make sure the plugin order is

Hime Actor Battle Commands
Hime Battle Command Use Skill
YEP Battle core.

Make sure that the commands are in the actor note tags like this:1490838736655187909695.jpg

And leads to this:14908388972931069180878.jpg

And I'm using Yanfly's STB, which means I have to be using the battle engine.

This is how I have it set up

And it's still only showing the standard options. I don't know if something is conflicting in the plugins, but I'm not getting any errors. It's just not working.

Turn off all plugins except Himeworks Battle commands, Actor Skill Select and YEP Battle engine core.
Now test to see if just these 3 are working, together.

If this is true, move YEP Enhanced TP below the YEP Battle Core.
If these 4 work together.
Now test the VE plugins first, the basic module than the other two.
Then turn on other plugins one by one.

Huh, it must have been the plugin order, because I did as you said until all my plugins were turned back on, and it worked as intended.
Thank you so much!

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
