You're both very welcome. Thank you so much for that bit of info, Perversewolf. I didn't even know about that issue.
Thanks so much! I'm glad you like them!Simply amazing!
You are very welcome. Happy to help. :3Now i can make a real faceset for my non-RTP and non-kaduki characters!
Thank you very much!
Fixed.Link is broken.
I absolutely abhore pixel work, so you're not likely to see any of that from me. Your best bet is to speak with someone in the community who specializes in sprite work.Is it possible to get minis of these? I love them, but wish the sprite itself would show them.
These are amazing though, i wish i was half as skilled!
Yeah, sorry about that. It's due to some additional parts I had downloaded from other users before creating these. I had to number mine higher to avoid overwriting the other parts. You could remedy the problem by either re-naming the files to follow right after the default ones, or you could copy some of the files with names to fill in the gap.Ok, these are awesome but there's just one funny thing about them. I moved the ones I wanted into the generator section of my RPGVXAce folders in my steam app folders, but these have a number on them higher than the default pieces' numbers, so there's just a huge gap of empty spaces in between in the generator, each one leaving that space on the face blank. Its like, there's no graphic for eyes 11 through 22 (which don't even exist, mind you), so no eyes appear on the face, and its quite funny looking.
Also, since you mentioned free hugs *flies into arms*
Thank you so much! I'm super stoked that you like everything! -^u^-Holy cow this is amazing! So comprehensive! There's practically anything you could ever want in this file! Thanks so much for making and sharing all this, my games will be that much better because of you!
You'd be surprised how easy sprite work can be. Especially if you have a base to work from. Not to downplay all the work that can go into really good sprite work, but if you just want something simple like ear add-ons, I think you could pull it off! Pixel art is all about patience and attention to detail. (Which is why I hate it.If only there were sprite parts for the cat- and lizard-people faces... Sadly, I have yet to find one single thing in existence for VX Ace that is anywhere near fitting for that, and I can't draw, so making the sprites myself is out of the question.
Well, I've tried using GIMP to copy some of the colors off of the cat head bases onto the default heads, but GIMP keeps slightly changing the colors as I paste them for some reason and I can't figure out why. Also, I have zero clue how shading (what colors to use to make the art look less flat and where to put them) works. You'd be surprised how easy sprite work can be.
