Character Maker XP by Saphiro - Problem

Hello. I hope this is the right section where start this new thread. Sorry if not.

Lot of you surely know this character maker. I found it here...

... but it's downlodable from many sites dedicated to RPG Maker.

Well, I have a problem exporting my character. The image saved shows a white image instead of the character i exported.

I go to explain myself:

Step 1: Character creation.



Step 2: Character exporting.



Step 3: Take a look to result of the exportation.



As you can see, the program saves the character i created as a white image.

I would like to know if this is a software's bug or the problem is something in my system's stuff.

In both cases... how can i solve it?

Oh, one more note:

I am trying to use this program because of its high customizability, but if you know other softwares with the same level of customization, I'll be happy to try them!

Alredy done,  but its resources are not enough as i thought...

unless you don't know a site where to download more resources

If the export failed, did you try to set the picture in 100% size, and doing a simple "Print Screen", then sending the capture to MSPaint ? It would be easy to do, and you'll get your picture.
