Does someone here  knows how to have this plugin ? Where you can see the HP, MP and EXP Status of your character.

That is usually called a HUD Plugin, and I think there are already several of them.

Biud436's HUD plugin might be what you're looking for. You can also have a look at Soul's Rune Factory HUD or, if you want to customize everything, Hudell's Orange HUD.
