I haven't used much of 2k3 yet so I wanted to give it ago and made a pretty basic sprite sheet, with the correct dimensions, in Aseprite of this smiley face guy:
SmileMan.png
When I went to put it in the folder to use it, the thumbnail in the database was just completely black and then came up as an "unsupported png" so I went ahead and switched it to index colors in Photoshop to which the sprite finally showed up with its full animations but now it has a white background that takes up the rest of the sprites dimensions even when in game. Once again, its showing up white despite it being a transparent png even after index mode was applied. Did I import it the wrong way? or did I index the colors incorrectly?

^ This. Use Tools > Resource Manager, select CharSet from the list on the left, click Import, select your file, then the "Set Transparent Colour" window will appear, where you can click the background as mentioned. :)

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
