Synopsis

Just some mini-game chicken fun. I started this as a joke, and also because I needed something to test my grid battle logic. But mostly a joke.

Though after I started using it to build my features, it actually seemed kind of entertaining.

Gameplay

So the idea revolves around the idea of "matching chickens", currently by swapping chickens with other chickens.

A match is defined to be 3 or more chickens of the same "type" which is represented by their color.

What happens when they match? Well, different things could happen.

- Maybe they go poof and then new ones are added to the grid, or
- Maybe new ones don't get added to the grid, or
- Maybe they just light up some tiles

I'm thinking of having different kinds of game modes, each with different objectives and gameplay.

The video at the top shows a "light up" mode where you try to light up all the tiles by matching chickens. I will be adding a timer and a "move tracker" eventually to assign points.

If there's other types of game modes that might seem cool, feel free to leave some feedback!

But I offer a game of throwing a chicken. For example, you make chicken. With two tables, the first square is a chicken coop that changes color. The second table has a limited number of chickens for throwing and throws them on the first table to blast them all. I want to blow up the chicken

Throwing mechanic might be quite complex. I'll keep that in mind though, since there are physics libraries that could make the throwing more realistic

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
