Chinese font not showing

Hey everyone,I am encountering an issue with my game not be able to show or recognize chinese characters from an RPG game i recently downloaded, all i see are just boxes and other weird fonts, does anyone know what problem is causing the issue? I have tried installing custom fonts but didnt work at all.

Hello,

This forum is for people using the various RPG Maker software to create games.

To get help with a game someone made, you really need to contact that person to support their product. It looks like it's using a font that wasn't actually packaged with the game.
