I use windows and I want my friends to be testers before i release a update for my game online. One of them has a chromebook and When they download it from itch.io he cant play it. Is there a way to give to him another way?

if he uses a mac, than not really, windows to mac doesn't work and you need
to add some things manually of some flags.

same is true for mac to windows.

best way is to use mac to mac deployment and windows to windows.
however, there are some tricks, but it doesn't always work.

the best way it could work in online version (make this private) if you dont
want others to play them and give them an exclusive link to test.

I'm assuming they don't have crouton or something that allows them to use regular Linux there? In that case a Linux build would suffice, but I guess that's probably not the case.

So, the simplest way would be to just make a web version. Export your game for the web (so that it can be played in the browser). Then host it somewhere, e.g. on itch.io you have an option when uploading a game to upload one that's playable in the browser. Then just send them the link.

What probably won't work is sending them the web build as files to have them play it locally - those typically do need to be served by a server, so they won't be able to run them unless they're able to set up a local server for it.

if he uses a mac
A chromebook is definitely not a type of mac ;)

Alright got a video of a review of a fake PS5 here. I've decided I'm only going to do maybe 10 videos about bootleg consoles, and then I think I'm going to move on, and post YouTube videos of old video game TV advertisements for franchises like Mario and Sonic and Spyro and all that for a little nostalgia.

Two solid days and I still have four slots left in my custom A2 tilesheet I am drawing.
