Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there were any resources out there that offered a retro-classic style such as the old Gameboy games in terms of tilesets, music and resources. I like the nostalgic simplicity of the graphics and the music. That grey/green hue and the pix-elated graphics. Do we have anything like this for Vx Ace?

Slay the Dragon did a good job but I can't seem to pin down the resources so can only assume that they were custom made.

For other examples of what I am after see below:

Here is an example of gameboy 8-bit music

This request makes me sad.  I have a gameboy inspired set I'm working on just for the fun of it, but it won't be available any time soon.  I wish it was done so you could use it. :(

Here are some Gameboy inspired tiles that I know of:

And then these use more than 4 colors, but each tile is extremely limited so you should be able to recolor it to gameboy colors without too much stress.

eeh I got an old green gameboy style set I'd been kicking around off and on, but it's nowhere near finished:

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
