Cloaked Dragon Character (MV RTP)

Description: I'm looking for a reptilian character (He's a dragon) to be made for my current project. He's hooded with a cloak, the only thing that shows he's reptilian is his eyes and his tail. His face is blacked out (No need for some custom reptilian face) the only thing you can see are his reptilian-like eyes that are two different colors. (Blue & Red) His scale colors are white and black (You're only going to see his tail y'know) he wears long white gloves, fashion choice. Clearly. His weapon of choice is his beloved sparkling silver katana. He also wears spiked boots, clearly another fashion choice of mine. His clothing doesn't matter much, do what you want with it.


For expressions in the faceset, he needs two. Normal & Angry (Just use the anime symbol for anger for the angry one)


For the battler, it's a front-view battler. For his katana, it's two handed.


For the character, only one is needed.


EDIT: To say what kind of dragon he is, he's a very fluffy anthro northern dragon. (I'm a big fan of them!)

I know it might not seem like it, as it's only one character, but you're asking for a fair bit. Even just the character could take some time, nevermind the battler. Plus, there aren't many here who can do sprites and facesets.


That being said, I might give the sprite a try, if you think perhaps using some of hiddenone's generator parts might be a good start?





edit: I started playing around with some of these generator pieces. Is something like this even remotely a start? If so I can work on making the eyes look better and putting together a sprite.

@mlogan I know it's pretty demanding and quite a lot to do, but I can't give up, perseverance.


Doh though, that faceset is ALMOST correct for the proper one, the only things that need to be changed are... I want his face more in shadow, like, you cant see anything but his eyes, almost purely black.

Hey there! I decided to try your request as a bit of a practice run on my spriting abilities. This is the sprite I was able to cook up for you.

The forums went down while I was working on it so I couldn't check back to see some of your description and didn't realize you wanted it to be a black cloak so I kind of just made my own outfit with a hood (I had only remembered the eye colors, white gloves, boots, white/black scales, and shrouded face in regards to specifics).

If this doesn't work for you I totally understand! Maybe it is a good place for another artist to begin?
