Clouds on Title Screen.

Ok so I have my title screen completed but I'm in need of some moving transparent clouds..to make it seem more lively.
Nothing special just something to move from right to left. I'm open to any ideas, though I would prefer to stay away from Plugins but if no other way I will use it.

it would help to show us screenshots and links to the plugin that you are using to make the animations, because the default engine only has a static titlescreen.

I'm not using any plugins. In fact I was hoping to stay away from plugins as much as possible. So far I have made 28 maps without any use of plugs and still got everything I wanted.
Don't get me wrong I'm not against it, I would rather not use it.

Oh no I don't want to perfect what all I have tried I'm open to any idea there is or has been done for moving clouds on a title screen. I was just mentioning what I tried.
I'll go and edit the question so there is no confusion.

But that's what Andar is saying - the only way to make an animated title screen is by using a plugin.

The title screen is one of the screens in the game, like menu screen or battle screen etc.
That is not simply a name, it also indicates how the engine creates that picture.

only the map has dynamic features and could get animations with included options.
any change to any screen will always require reprogramming the engine, and that always means a plugin.

And when using a plugin for the title screen (and title screen only, this does not go for the other screens) you have to options.
1) you can have a custom plugin changing the screen in any way you want (this works for all screens)
2) you can skip the real title screen to a map where you simulate the title options with event commands (this only works for title screen)

How do you go about for option 1?
I never needed to use plugs til this point so I don't know where to start with a plug for what I need.

you place a plugin request stating what you need in the plugin request forum, and wait some weeks (or months) until someone writes a plugin for you.

IF the idea is something that someone else already wanted in the past, then you might get a pointer to an existing plugin within hours however.

and the plugin request needs to be as detailed as you can do - the more details on what to do the greater is the chance of someone doing the work.

and if the request is too big or too obscure to interest someone, you can go to classifieds and offer payment for the one who fulfills the request.

I’d also recommend searching the MV Plugin Releases forum before posting a request thread. I would put “title” as the search word, change it to “This Forum Only” and check “Search Titles Only”. That will give you a better chance of finding a plugin to change the title screen.
