Hello,
I have a problem that is probably... odd. I tried making an enemy that has two different effects for the collapse effect (boss and instant, respectively). So I deleted the entry from the enemy itself and instead coded it via troop to apply the respective states.
Problem is that this doesn't actually work. The status gets applied as it should, but the collapse effect (I used instant for the test) doesn't happen. It doesn't work with boss or not-disappear, either. It simply gets ignored for some reason, resulting in the default red fade-out.
Is there any way to fix this? I would assume this is a script issue.

I would hazard a guess that it doesn't process it because it's a state and states are removed upon death.
it flows like this
enemy dies -> add_state 1
die if state 1
-> hp = 0
-> clear states
-> clear buffs
push state 1
->clear actions and state by restriction
sort states
refresh
so for your effect to possible maintain you need it to be a permanent state.
