So I have a zombie event chasing the player using the autonomous movement: approach player command.   The problem I am having, is when that event hits/collides with another event (like the event switch on the ground that started the whole thing), it just stops.  The mobile zombie event won't cross over the static trigger event.  Setting the THROUGH command to on, just allows the zombie event to move over things I don't want it to.  (Like walls!)  So how do I fix this in MV?  I found a couple things with VX Ace that involved scripts, which can't work here.

Thanks!

RMMV
It's not the zombie you want set to "through"; it's the other events! Just check the "through" box on any event you want the zombie to be able to move over.

Yeap that worked.  For some reason I was thinking that if I set the trigger to "THROUGH" that it wouldn't work, but it did.

If set to through though, doesn't it also ignore the passability settings on tiles as well?

Well the event switch is on the floor. So that's not really a issue.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
