Is there a way to select two items and making a third one with them? Maybe with a plugin?

Can you call a common event using an item? Try to see if 2003 can do tis. If so the answer is yes.

I was thinking of the way Oneshot does it, it was made on 2k3, so if anyone has any idea of doing it, mind sharing it?

You can do this through events. You can create a custom menu for this (also through events).
